This was the best value hotel we found on Booking.com. It was clean and had the facilities we wanted. The rooms were a good size with traditional furniture and comfortable beds and a bathroom with a big bath and shower. Our room was serviced every day. The breakfast consisted of plenty of meat, cheese and bread with cereal and yogurt and coffee from an automatic machine - just one machine for everyone, which did cause some queues. There is a delightful and quiet garden out the back, however the garden lights were not working when we sat out there after dark. Reception is open 24 hours. The hotel is 5 minutes from from St. Marx station which has a direct connection to the airport and also a tram stop which takes you into the city. Alternatively, there is a U3 station about 10 minutes walk away which will take you to the city centre. There is an ALDI store next door (not open on Sundays!) and a kebab house and grill just down the street. The area around the hotel is peasant and quiet and a number of good restaurants are less than ten minutes walk away.

The hotel is just as described and as expected. 24h reception with helpful staff, great buffet breakfast. There was discretionary tea available near reception. We stayed in a triple room, the bathroom was fine, really liked the shower. Some occasional inconvenience like the dated furniture (mentioned by others also) or too few power outlets but can’t say it impacted the overall experience hence the full score from my perspective. Parking in the hotel courtyard €15 per day depending on availability (seemed like 6 or 7 parking spaces total) or parking on the street €5,2 per day. Supermarket next door and kebab place, other shops nearby as well.

Service was great, also the breakfast. The property is near the tram number 18 (half block walking) and UBahn, which is a bit further down. Breakfast was also very nice. We had a room in the first floor and at night there were some big lights heading directly towards our window, which made it hard to relax and sleep. They went off at 1.30am. There was also some loud music coming from outside or inside the hotel (we couldn't tell) which did not help either. But overall the stay was good and it is definitely worth the money. we recommend it.

- More spacious showers in the Superior room. One could turn around and take a shower in peace and still have room. - Breakfast buffet - to choose from a lot of things that everyone, even picky people, has chosen. - In the end, my friend had a room in a different building than ours, but he had a classic room with a couch. - The rooms had tables and chairs. - bathrooms spacious and clean. We had everything close to the accommodation and I see no reason why we should not stay here again the next time we visit Vienna. :)

Very nice hotel for the money with a very friendly and helpful reception/staff. We also liked the breakfast quite a lot. The hotel can easily we reached by the normal OBB train from the airport, get out at station St Marx. From there it is 7 minutes walk to the hotel. Train trip takes about 20 minutes. If you like a walk you can easily walk from the hotel to the center of Vienna, takes about 45 minutes, we really enjoyed the walk.
